SERVING SIZE

A typical single tier cake is approximately 4"-5" height. Our cake consists of 3 layers of cake and 2 layers of filling. Serving amount are based on wedding sized portion of 1"x2" (While Party size portion is 2"x2") Now, should you decide to serve generously, you may have to account for that and order a larger cake to accommodate those extra servings.

Note: Pricing for 3D/ Sculpted cakes regardless of serving size starts at a minimum of $200. Additional charges will apply depending on the extensive labor required to create such cake.

We have a flat rate delivery/Setup charge:

$65 Visalia/Tulare up to 20 miles (up to 3 tiers)

*Larger tiered cake $85

$85 surrounding towns up to 40 miles

$100 within 60 mile radius

Over 60 miles is $125 plus $1 per mile round trip @ 60 mile mark.

CAKE FLAVORS

Choosing a Wedding cake flavor can be quite overwhelming considering numerous options available. I always recommend choosing something you love and enjoy. If having multiple tiers, you can have the top as your favorite and the other tier(s) a crowd-pleaser. Here are the flavors I currently offer with various filling suggestions. Of course, there is no rule against being adventurous when it comes to cake and fillings. This is where a cake tasting box comes in. You can pick and choose the flavor(s) and filling(s) you want, customize pairings, and try them before you make a decision.

Classic Vanilla Cake

A soft, fluffy, and incredibly moist vanilla cake. One of the most requested flavors because of its versatility and can be paired with a wide variety of fillings and frostings namely vanilla bean buttercream, strawberry buttercream, mixed berry compote, raspberry, or mascarpone filling.

Lemon Cake

This is a popular choice for Spring and Summer Weddings. It can be paired with lemon curd, raspberry filling, Cream cheese, or mixed berries.

Dark Chocolate Cake

Rich, decadent Chocolate Cake is perfect for chocolate lovers. It goes well with raspberry filling, salted caramel, or espresso buttercream.

Carrot Cake

Very popular fall flavor. It is moist and delicious with just the right amount of spice and pecans. It is usually paired with Cream cheese filling or frosting.

Red Velvet Cake

This is the most requested flavor for Weddings. Fluffy and moist with its show-stopping color and usually paired well with Cream Cheese filling.

Funfetti Cake

A classic vanilla funfetti cake filled with American Buttercream filling.

Strawberry Cake

Perfect Summer flavor. Moist, fruity and a beautiful shade of pink, this cake is perfect for any occasion. Paired well with Cream cheese filling, Strawberry compote or Vanilla bean buttercream.

German Chocolate Cake

Moist and fluffy Chocolate cake paired with a homemade coconut pecan filling that is buttery, gooey and bursting with amazing textures from coconut and pecans.

Banana Nut

Not a conventional choice for a wedding but this rich and moist banana nut cake is sure to delight and surprise your guests. Can be paired with Cream Cheese or Banana Cream Filling.
