Here's your guide to determine the cake size that will serve the correct number of guest at your reception. A typical layer cake is approximately 4" tall. Our cake consist of 2 layers of cake and 1 layer of filling. Serving amounts are based on wedding sized portions of 1"x2"or slight larger party sized portions of 2"x2". Now, should you decide to serve generously, you may have to account for that and order a larger cake to accommodate the extra servings.
Prices for buttercream cake starts at $5.00 per serving. Custom cakes are priced individually, by the project and complexity of the design.
I offer the basic wedding and party cake flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate, Lemon, Red Velvet, German Chocolate, Cherry, Banana Nut, Funfetti, Strawberry, and Butter Pecan. Filling will be buttercream only. Unfortunately, I don't do fruit nor cream cheese fillings.
Monogram cake toppers and artificial floral, ribbons are all inclusive. Should you want to use fresh flower on your cake, the responsibility of the flower safety and safe food practices will rest with the florist. In order to decorate the cake with fresh flowers, it has to be free of pesticides and cleaned well. There has to be barrier between the cake and the flowers to avoid cross-contamination. Flower stems has to be wrapped in food safe floral tape and plastic picks. I am more than willing to work with your florist or the other option is for you to drop off the flower the day prior so I can prepare it.
We have flat rate delivery charge of $50 for Visalia & Tulare and $75 (for Large tiered cakes) surrounding towns up to 40 miles.
