MEET YOUR BAKER

Hi there! I’m Giselle, the artist and creative heart behind Sweet Creations by Gigi. For as long as I can remember, art has been a part of who I am. Growing up in a family of artists, I was constantly inspired to draw, paint, and create. In high school, I participated in art competitions, attended workshops every summer, and explored every opportunity to refine my craft. My creative journey continued through high school and briefly into college, always fueled by the dream of having my own studio one day.

Unlike many bakers, I didn’t start with a background in baking or a pastry arts diploma. My journey into cake artistry began at age 33 when I decided to bake and decorate a detailed Betty Boop cake for my mother-in-law. It was intricate, challenging, and incredibly rewarding—I was hooked! Though I came to baking a little later than most, I discovered that cake could be my new canvas, and I fell in love with the process of transforming ideas into edible art.

After years of immersing myself in the world of cake design, learning, and perfecting my craft, I turned my passion into a thriving business. Today, I’m proud to create custom luxury wedding and celebration cakes that combine artistry and flavor to make life’s most special moments even sweeter.
