MEET YOUR BAKER

Hey there! I'm Giselle and I'm the artist behind Sweet Creations by Gigi. As far as I can remember, I have always loved art. I grew up in a family of artist and have always been inspired to draw and paint. In High School, I joined several art competition and took art classes and workshops every summer. My creative outlet continued all throughout high school and briefly in college. I've always dream that someday I'll have my own studio.  

Unlike a lot of bakers out there, I had absolutely no background in baking nor have a diploma in pastry art before I found my passion for cake decorating at age 33 when I decided to bake and decorate a small, very intricate I might add, Betty Boop cake for my Mother-in-law and enjoyed every moment of it. I know, a little late in the game but I took on a different path but still Art nonetheless and Cake became my canvas.  After years of immersing myself in all things cake, I've turned my passion into a business!
