Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
Final payment is due 14 days (2 weeks) before your event. No design or order changes can be made after this date.

Delivery and Setup

Delivery and setup fees are determined by the event location.
Sweet Creations by Gigi is not responsible for any damage to the cake once delivery and setup are completed.
Please ensure the venue provides a sturdy, level table in a cool (70°F or below), dry area away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Fresh Flowers

We will place florist-provided fresh flowers on your cake at no additional cost.
Please note that fresh flowers are not considered food-safe unless properly prepared and treated by your florist.

Cake Pickup

If you or your representative choose to pick up the cake, you assume full responsibility for the cake once it leaves our care.

Photo and Promotion

Sweet Creations by Gigi reserves the right to photograph your cake and use these images for marketing, portfolio display, and promotional purposes.

Allergen Notice

All products are made in a kitchen that handles milk, eggs, wheat, nuts, soy, and other common allergens.
Please make sure to inform your guests of any potential allergens.
